We had our rehearsal party at the Cobalt Lounge at Gordy's Boathouse on Friday, August 18, 2023. Katy was absolutely amazing! She just knew exactly what we needed and then went above and beyond. The food was fantastic from appetizers, to dinner and desserts. We kept Noel and Katy busy at the bar. I can't say enough about them or Gordy's Boathouse.

My wife and I hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at Gordy's upstairs and it was wonderful.

It was clear that Katy was experienced in hosting an event. She did an excellent job with communication, she has a great customer service attitude, she plans well, and followed through on our requests. She was able to facilitate the use of video technology and had an option for background music if needed. I would not hesitate to use Gordy's and Katy for an event again.

Gordy's was amazing, finding someone to work on a Volvo is hard to find. A friend recommended Gordy's as they have Volvo certified Techs. We have an "under warranty" Volvo engine in our Monterey that was having issues, Eric from their Fontana location returned my call the same day, which has never happened to me with other dealers... He referred me to Austin at their Fox Lake location, within in a week the problem was diagnosed and repaired at no cost to me, they even cleaned the boat up!

After previous experiences with other dealers, I don't trust anyone with our boat, but now I have a "Go To" guy at Gordy's, Austin!

I can't recommend Gordy's highly enough, so anyone out there with a Monterey, Volvo or Mercruiser powered looking for great service, quality technicians, give Gordy's a call! Thanks again Austin!

Third year of renting and I'm glad I did this.

We had a great time tubing on the lake. Riley was our driver for the morning and was wonderful with my 3 boys (ages 12, 9 and 7). We can't wait to come back again soon!

From start to finish I can not say enough on how great our experience was! We rented the 20 ft cobalt Saturday and the 22 ft on Sunday. From booking the boat, checking in, getting on the boat, the boat itself was impeccable! I will only rent from Gordys ! Cant wait to come back to Fontana. Best place on the Lake to rent a boat..

Ellis was our surf instructor for a two hour session with two adults and two kids. He was very courteous, patient, helpful and flexible. We are hoping to get back for another surf session with Ellis before the summer ends.

Everything was great! Only comment I have was I was told I needed to take the Wisconsin boating class, which I completed and was not asked to show proof of it. Also, there was not an anchor provided which was tough on a choppy Saturday afternoon. Aside from this we had a great time and will rent again, thanks.

Our rental with Gordys was super easy and a great experience for our family. I had filled all paperwork online ahead of time and received confirmation and instructions by email. We picked up our boat in the harbor right outside our resort. The staff had the boat ready, cleaned and sanitized. They helped us pump our tubes and get all equipment on board. They gave us clear instructions about the boat and the lake and answered all our questions. The boat was awesome! It was large and well supplied with life jackets, pool noodles, ropes. We had a great day on the water - perfect way to be socially distant. Returning the boat was easy and quick. Great experience and memories.

The only issue was sitting on hold for several minutes (twice) waiting for someone to pick me up. Also, the restaurant was very cold and the server was not very attentive. However, Ellis boat guide was awesome and the so was the boat! I will rent again.

I grew up on Lake Geneva and stayed at The Abbey for a vacation back to the Lake. Gordys rental boat was exceptionally nice and the staff was excellent. I had rented a boat in Lake Geneva Bay the day before and was sorely disappointed! I will be back!

The Service was awesome!!

This time was much better than back in June. There was actually a check out procedure that was explained! The reservation email should have included the $30 insurance fee.

Excellent service. Only had an issue on the day we rented the Wake surf boat. The side the surfing was on was broken and couldnt deliver a wake so that was a bust. The other days we rented a cobra and everyone had a great time. The drivers were all great!

The boat we rented was great- however we were almost sent out with lifevests that were not suitable for tubing but fortunately your staff noticed

Related the ski rope broke/snapped and the metal bracket came loose/almost fell off and had to repair mid rental but staff was accommodating and gave us extra time to make up for lost time on water so not complaining

Bummer that there was no anchor- I get it you dont want people docking and rocking on shore however that is annoying for responsible boaters who know how to doc and can use anchor to safely park and play vs float around with motor onLastly I was surprised at lack of any social distance in restaurant hence my rating of a 2There is a way to be open safely and it did not seem like anything was in place

Our driver was excellent. He took my daughter and her friend tubing for my daughters 16th birthday. They had a blast. He was 16, so he was very relatable. His driving, his pleasantness, his safety for the girls, and his overall demeanor were top notch. I will definitely be back.

This is the best restaurant and boat marina service company ever! When my whole family and I came to eat at the boathouse the two gals at the front desk were very respectful and welcoming, then while we were waiting for a table at the bar the bar tender was very professional and hardworking, finally when we got seated our waitress who served us named Corrine was just the most kind, respectful, funny, hardworking, and patient server Ive seen. Overall whenever we come to Gordys we always get very high top notch service and everyone there works very hard and makes their customers feel good when they come to hangout there for the day.

Gordy's Cobalt Lounge was the perfect venue for making our bridal shower all that we could have dreamed of. The stunning view of Geneva Lake was the perfect backdrop for this joyous celebration. The firepit on the Aft Deck was lit so that any guests who needed a break from the sound of 52 women sharing in this celebration were able to mingle and relax. The service was terrific - from the manager holding an umbrella at the entryway so the melting snow didnt drip on guests as they arrived to the servers and bartenders in the Cobalt Lounge making sure all guests were attended to. Chef Luis did an exceptional job in preparing and presenting our delicious menu. They thought of everything - every need was accommodated.

We had a delicious meal there yesterday - from fish tacos to ribs - great wines and perfect Margaritas coupled with excellent service from Miguel. The icing on the cake had to be when our Denali's battery refused to start - the amazing FRANK from Gordy's pulled his truck up to ours and jumped our vehicle. Talk about over and above the call of duty! THANKS FRANK! Our whole family loves Gordy's and we will be back...

It was great. Ate at the bar, Nate was a super bartender/ server. Seafood Bisque for a starter very good. I had the Beef Tenderloin sliders with Blue cheese and grilled onions wonderful. My wife had the 2 cheese Patty Melt. Both were cooked as we asked, fries were very testey. Truly a up scale vibe, just a great place to visit.

Last night was my first time at Gordys. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The view of the lake was so beautiful. The food was very good and the chocolate cake was The bomb. It's a good thing I wasnt counting calories after that cake. I will definitely be back.

We purchased our cold beers inside (choosing from many craft & domestic bottles or drafts), but were allowed to enjoy them inside at the bar, or outside, either on their sidewalk, or (after being escorted with our "open containers") across the blocked-off street to their marina-side patio.We relaxed, instead, in Adirondack-style chairs, that were lined up, single-file, on Gordy.s sidewalk, from where we watched all the action of boats and boating on a sunny, warm Fontana day.

We were in the area yesterday to scout our crops. We decided to take a walk and ended up with you guys for lunch. What a great establishment with friendly and punctual staff! We didn't wait long to eat at all. The food was amazing. My hubby had the buffalo chicken wrap, I had pork tacos, and my children each had a grilled cheese. So good!!!

We were there on Sunday for a graduation luncheon for my granddaughter...Great food & great customer service, employees were wonderful. Can't beat the view!!

The 1 lb soft pretzel alone is worth the visit, but the menu has tons of great lunch and dinner options. We loved the fish tacos. The coconut shrimp wrap was a B. Short drive from the town of Lake Geneva, but well worth it to dine on the quieter side of the lake.

Always a treat to visit Gordys. Excellent service and great food. The view over the lake is an added bonus.
